Looking for an employee for the Export Manager position
Main tasks:
- The sale of the company products in the neighbouring countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Croacia, Serbia) reporting to the Export director of the mother company.
- Nurturing the relations with the clientele in her/his region, actively searching for new, potential customers, collection, analysis of market information, with regular business trips abroad.
- Preparation of commercial materials and presentations.
- Negotiation and discussion of contracts with the customers and with the Export director, preparation of such contracts and their submittal for approval.
- Preparation of a detailed periodical sales plan.
- In order to reduce bad debts, the export sales manager continuously keeps track of the available credit limit and accounts receivable of customers and stays continuously in touch with her/his customers to collect payments.
Requirements to fill this position:
- At least 3 years experience in B2B export sales.
- English skills on negotiating level.
- User-level computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Dynamic personality, being a self starter, with outstanding communication presentations and negotiation skills.
- University or college degree in economics or engineering is an asset.
- Other foreign languages (Czech, Romanian, Russian, German, Spanish) are an asset.
