Looking for an employee for the Export Manager position

Main tasks:

  • The sale of the company products in the neighbouring countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Croacia, Serbia) reporting to the Export director of the mother company.
  • Nurturing the relations with the clientele in her/his region, actively searching for new, potential customers, collection, analysis of market information, with regular business trips abroad.
  • Preparation of commercial materials and presentations.
  • Negotiation and discussion of contracts with the customers and with the Export director, preparation of such contracts and their submittal for approval.
  • Preparation of a detailed periodical sales plan.
  • In order to reduce bad debts, the export sales manager continuously keeps track of the available credit limit and accounts receivable of customers and stays continuously in touch with her/his customers to collect payments.

Requirements to fill this position:

  • At least 3 years experience in B2B export sales.
  • English skills on negotiating level.
  • User-level computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Dynamic personality, being a self starter, with outstanding communication presentations and negotiation skills.
  • University or college degree in economics or engineering is an asset.
  • Other foreign languages (Czech, Romanian, Russian, German, Spanish) are an asset.
